We recommend a loading dose of 6 sessions spaced out over 2-3 weeks, followed by top up injections every 2-3 months. This method is the most beneficial and you are much more likely to feel the benefits than having just a once off session. Appointments are finished within 10 minutes and you are free to go on with your day!
